Missing my baby.........

Its weird but the baby im referring to is my car. I loooove my car. Its been away from home for almost a week now. We dropped it off last Friday a.m. in Dracut for some repairs. We were told that afternoon that the part was ordered & would be in on Monday...do you want to come get the car? Nah thats ok - hold on to it for the weekend & we'll pick it up on Monday. Well the Nissan dealership this place deals with, told them that the part was in stock...but on Monday they called & said it was on back-order. They had hoped to have it to today - but nope the part has yet to arrive even though now its in stock. Please keep ya fingers crossed that my Maxi comes back home tomorrow night!

Made it to Mum's house for lunch today. It feels like I havent been there for like a month (was just there last Thursday) K & Ants had great first days at school. Really hope they keep enjoying it. I havent had the chance to call them... maybe after this is done I'll try a quick call. K has friends in all her classes except one. She must be thrilled with that. Last year she didnt have a lot of friends in her classes & ya know what that feels like. Ants likes his teachers... please pray that continues too. He really needs to start being a better student. My poor little man has too many things on his mind & hasnt been a very good student. I really hope he does better this year. I think he will gain a lot more confidence in himself if he gets motivated enough to do good. He's got a good head on his shoulders & he's really a great kid... he just needs to try harder.

Well tomorrow is September 1st. Where the heck did August go!?!?!?
