Updates....
Finally got my car back!!! YIPPEEEEEE... its not fixed though. The part is still not in but we decided to pick up the baby & bring it home. "Call us when the part is in" With our luck it will come in tomorrow. Its just so good to get it back though! Although as much as I love my car - the new Maxima's look very niiiiice. If I had the money - I think that aaaah i would be going shopping. But to afford a new car payment - I would have to get a 2nd job. Not really loving that idea at the moment.
Day 4 of the new job.. .still liking it. They are making me kind of scared with telling me how busy it gets. I know I could handle it - but they are still making me a tad bit nervous with that. So we'll see what happens. Sue (our boss) is very nice & easy to talk to. I like her a lot. She wants Erin & me to go to ceramics with her. Not sure when its suppose to start (forgot to ask) But thought that was very nice of her to include me. It sounds like fun!
Went back to Nutcracker today to grab my pay stub. Brought Erin with me. It was a good visit. Unfortunately I didnt see anyone that works in the plant. There wasnt enough time to run out there. Hopefully next time. I miss them a lot. But as long as we all still keep in touch - then it wont be so bad. I miss everyone asking me if Im alright when im choking or if Im just drinking water ( for some reason i choke drinking water sometimes) Jeff H would always be "are you choking or drinking water) The last time i choked on water was funny. Jeff H & Trish are yelling put your arms up in the air (guess you're suppose to do that when choking) & then Christine does an office page telling me to put my arms up. It was hysterical! Everyone out in the plant with a phone heard it too. So they were kind of making fun of me because the day before I tried to sit in this plush chair in the production office & for some reason I couldnt get my butt on the chair & it kept rolling backwards. Needless to say - almost ended up with my butt on the floor. Luckily I got my balance & stood up. Mario M tried to catch me... Mario B joked around getting the defibulator off the wall.. and Betty & me sat there & laughed so hard we cried for about 10-15 minutes. Leave it to me to be on the comic relief committee.
OH yah... first day of the new job - out to lunch at the Mac Grill... choked on water. Very embarrassing.... but I controlled it pretty good... but it was sad because no one said "Are you ok? Drinking water?" God I miss everyone at Nutcracker.........
