The storm is a coming!
Finally - a snow storm is being predicted. And its going to be a doosey by the sounds of it. Lori will probably have a snow day - which is great for her. But it got me to thinking how much I miss snow days. Companies stay open no matter what now a days for those who are willing to brave the icey roads & traffic to get to work 4 hours past the starting time.
Its just not worth it. Granted, we can use vaca time if we feel we dont want to travel out & thats fine & everything - but wouldnt it be nice if maybe we could all have snow days? Especially when the snow is predicted to be bad? It would cut down on traffic, accidents & all frustration associated with driving in bad weather. And maybe the roads could be plowed and sanded without much hassle. Thats just my thoughts on the subject.
Lets all be careful tomorrow & remember to take it easy. J will most likely drop me off at work which is great.. but I do worry about his drive down 128 to his work location.

Drive VERY Carefully today :) I wish I had a snow day. Tried to get out of it at work but a nice co-worker offered to drive me in...still waiting for her to pick me up...hopefully she didn't forget!
Be careful driving ladies -
Snow days are nice - however, I have to make this day up in June. I like snow days at the moment but I don't like having to make them up at the end of the school year.
