Secret to long, strong, beautiful nails....

Ok I've done this in the past but have never seen these results before. Just wasnt doing it often enough ... but let me tell you - if you do this , you will never want acrylic to touch your nails again.

The secret is...............buffing. Thats right... buy a nail buffer. Use one side to get rid of any ridges & to give your nail a nice even surface. I found out that if your nails peel & crack (like mine have been lately) it is because of ridges - even small ones that are affecting how your nails are growing. Once you've buffed them out, use the other side to put a nice shine on your nails. This is bringing the natural oils in your nails to the surface to keep them hydrated.

Next, take some cuticle oil, rub a little thru your nail.. and then take a cotton ball & gently push your cuticles back (you never want them to be cut)

I have been doing this to my nails for almost a month & its unbelieveable how awesome they look. And they are also very strong. I've whacked them a couple of times doing stuff around the house & they are fine (knock on wood) Its such a great feeling to have nails again!
