Whats wrong with people!?!?!?

Whats with some people? Just dont get it. Trying to just laugh at this - but its irritating. I emailed someone because I had a question on their expense report.. they answered & it wasnt all that helpful so I figured I would just ask my boss. Instead of replying all this info I just replied with an "OK Thanks"

He replied back asking what does "OK Thanks" mean?

What does he think it means??? Go F yourself??? This dude was a little difficult a few weeks ago - so is he testing the new girls limits or something? I deleted the email & have no intention of replying because his question does not deserve a response. I will make sure to let my boss know because I think this person is just trying to be difficult.
