Saturday...
This weekend hasnt really gone as planned. Not that it was bad - but didnt get as much done as I thought.
During the day Jeff ended up going out for most of the day & I wasnt in the mood to travel out by myself. So figured since I havent spent much time with the kids, gave them a call. Ants had to go to a dance class (he's dancing in 3 weeks at a Celtic's game with the group- he's out front) Sandy & Karla were going to the mall to do some Christmas shopping - so they invited me along.
Not to pick on my sister - but I hate the way she drives. She scares me. And she must have been tired - because she was awful. But anyway we had a couple of hours up there & we spent the whole time between 2 stores...
Victoria Secret was where we spent most our time. Sandy was getting Karla some pj's & she has to try them on there because not all of them are long lengths. We all left with some stuff. Unfortunately, the stuff I bought was all for me! Needed some underwear big time, plus had a $10 off coupon for the bra's I wear.
Bath & Body - we werent in there that long. They have an awesome awesome holiday sent - hot chocolate.. its body wash, shampoo & bubble bath all in one bottle. It smells soooo delicious you want to eat it. Unfortunately, everyone loves it. They just got it all in about 3 weeks ago & they are sold out! Boo hooo hooooooo
Then we had to leave to go gets Ants . He was upset that he missed spending time with me. But they had to go hit the food store & I had to get home & figure out what to make for dinner too. How cute though my little man was upset to not spend time with me. I miss them. Guess we'll have to plan something soon to hang out.
Also saw Lisa & John with their 2 kids. We had a nice little visit. They were getting packed up into their truck as we were going into the mall. Madison is such the cutie. I love her. I asked if she liked being a big sister & she said she loves it. The new baby Emily is adorable. She looks like Lisa. Madison has always been more Grace.. but sometimes when she smiles you can see her Mum. But im sure it must make Lisa feel good that one of the kids looks more like her side : ) They are such an adorable little family. I envy them somewhat - but in a good way if you know what I mean. It was good to see them.
