Its been too long...

Its been too long since last blogging... what 2 weeks ago now? Already. Just a small re-cap of the wake/funeral for my Aunt. It was a very nice service - a nice tribute to her. Her sister read a little something & it was wonderful. My Aunt was a list person, so the Friday before she passed, she made her last list. Almost knowing that she wasnt going home, even though they had hope that she was doing well. Here is a few things from her list for the others to follow:

To think of her everyday, take care of her husband Tony, to never leave Brenda & Anthony alone (her children) and I wish I could remember the rest. Its also nice to know that they still saw her personality before the end. People who were visiting her roommate complained of the noise of her family.. so in her traditional way, she came out with - if they dont like the f'ing noise, pack up & move to another room. So Auntie Rosie. Im glad her family got to laugh & be with her while she was still herself. On the card from the funeral parlor is a poem that is also so her, but I keep forgetting it at home to share it.

We all got a pink ribbon at the church to wear in her honor as well... I've pinned in the car on the viser, so when its down you can see it.
