Friday Happies ...
Before the happies are listed, I am ashamed to say that I forgot to post in the last entry... cuz it goes with one of my happies for today.. Just found out that Sandy is going in Monday to have some cancer cells removed. They found them in her pap test this year.. so she could have had them frozen or burnt off.. she's getting them burnt off so that they're gone. Thank God that its that easy. Thank God its nothing worse or more complicated! She'll have to get tested every 6 months now.. but she's gone thru this before since her tests were coming out weird a few years ago... but she's just fine with that.
Also 2 Sundays ago, Sandy, Karla, Ants & I headed over to Dads for a barbecue. We had a great time. The food was awesome.. his girlfriend is nice - but its just weird I guess being with her. Dad needed to take a nap & you could tell he was disappointed in himself - but you could see it in his face that he was exhausted. So while he took a nap, we went down to Richardson's icecream & picked up an icecream pie..... yummmyyyyy !
Ok here are the happies:
~ Sandy will be in & out of the doctors office on Monday for a simple procedure
~ Dad seems to be doing well & spending time with him was nice
~ Enjoying our pictures from Florida
~ Having fun at work this week
~ Jeff singing Smelly Cat from Friends - even though its now getting aggravating :)
~ Having terrific friends
~ Being with Karla & Anthony - love 'em soo very much
~ There's a cute little lady bug hanging out on my window
~ Enjoying the new Ne-yo cd... Sexy Love is my fav!
~ Finding the movie Frequency at Walmart for $4.88- love that movie

Oh yah cant forget to mention the fun Erin & I had a few Fridays ago... it had started to rain & I didnt want my shoes to get wet.. so Im complaining to Erin about it & too bad I didnt have like little rubber shoes or something.. so being creative as she is, she took a market basket bag & cut out little things to put over my shoes.. there was a hole for my ankle, an elastic around the middle of my foot to hold it on & the i tucked the rest of it under my toes. Took a picture with my cell phone, but there wasnt anymore storage room on it - so it didnt save it : (
Too bad cuz it was a freaking riot.. They worked pretty good for the walk to the car.. my toes started to get a little wet as i approached the car, but the material on the shoes remained dry!

So glad everything is okay with Sandy. I didn't know she had cancer cells :( but glad they are going to be a thing of the past!
I have a lot of happies but mostly..I'm happy that we are friends and we found a path back to each other again :)
